The Optum Procura Network is a non-risk PPO Workers’ Compensation and Auto No-fault Network that offers access to quality health care nationwide.

Our vast list of payer clients rely on the Procura network ‒ and its physicians, specialists, physical therapists, chiropractors, home health providers, hospitals, and clinics ‒ to provide clinically appropriate treatments for their injured persons. They also expect quality processes to deliver accurate and timely reimbursement to the providers for the services delivered.

As a contracted provider with the Optum Procura Network, you can

• Establish long-term relationships with patients who may choose to use you for other care services beyond their workers’ compensation injury
• Support employers in your community

For the contracted providers in our network, Optum will

• Work closely with adjusters and nurse case managers (NCM) to refer injured persons to contracted providers
• List your practice in our provider look-up tool used by adjusters, NCM, and field-based case managers
• Recommend provider locations to clients on panel cards (We produce over 10,000  cards each year)
• Deliver accurate and timely reimbursement
• Provide exceptional customer service
