SVP, Client Experience
Stacey McKee was named SVP, Client Experience in July 2023. Previously, Stacey was SVP of Account Management, a role in which she gained in-depth knowledge of Optum programs, as well as the client base and service needs. As SVP of Client Experience, Stacey has enhanced authority to research and promote initiatives that provide greater value for clients. She also serves as a key resource in driving organizational commitment to customer-centricity and ensuring the client point of view is the focus in business decision-making and change management initiatives. Her unique position within the organization, and long history working closely with Optum clients, enable her to promote valuable collaboration among cross-functional teams, strengthen customer relationships, and drive success strategies.
Stacey brings more than 21 years of workers’ compensation and auto no-fault account management experience, a clinical nursing background, a wealth of client knowledge, and a passion for superior client service to her role at Optum. Her background allows her to influence organization branding and culture, direct customer satisfaction goals, and remove blockers in client retention and growth. She also drives continual improvement in client communication and positions innovation and products to better serve customer needs.
Stacey holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The Ohio State University.
