SVP, Client Management
Kellie Caliguire was named SVP, Client Management in December 2023. With a strong background in client relations and account management, Kellie is primarily responsible for leading the Optum team of account managers in driving customer-centricity, quality, and excellent service. She also collaborates with the Go-to-Market team on growth strategies and initiatives to strengthen customer partnerships.
Over her career of almost 30 years in account management, sales, and vendor management in the healthcare, workers’ compensation, and auto no-fault industries, Kellie has worked directly with clients to ensure their program needs were met, managed customer service initiatives, and collaborated with teams across the organization to fulfill client expectations. In her position as SVP of Client Management, she serves as a resource and mentor for Optum account managers, leads the account management team in delivering consistent service and program value, and works with cross-functional teams to ensure the client point of view is maintained in all customer-facing deliverables and collateral.
Kellie holds a Bachelor of Science from Penn State University.
