Chief Executive Officer
Jeannine Foster serves as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Optum Workers’ Compensation and Auto No-Fault Solutions division. In this position, she is responsible for driving the strategic vision, planning, and growth objectives, along with providing oversight for the execution of day-to-day operations and integration planning.
Jeannine is an accomplished leader with broad experience in the health care, workers’ compensation, and auto no-fault industries. Prior to joining Optum in 2003, Jeannine served in various leadership roles in account and general management. Jeannine’s roots within Optum started with managing field, marketing, and account management efforts for key national pharmacy accounts.
