Jeannine Foster

Jeannine Foster was named Chief Executive Officer in February 2022. In this role, Jeannine is responsible for profitability, operations, overall organizational structure, strategy, health equity, and board/corporate communications.

Jeannine brings more than 21 years of industry experience leading and managing diverse teams and product lines and has elevated through many roles at Optum during the past 10 years, including General Manager of the Optum out-of-network pharmacy bill product line, Chief of Staff, and Senior Vice President of the Pharmacy and Settlement lines of business before assuming her current position. Over the years, she has been able to refine her marketing background with skills in sales, client retention, and customer satisfaction to improve client retention and increase revenue. She is regularly recognized for her expertise in account management, strategic planning, and team building.

Jeannine earned her Bachelor of Science from Purdue University with a major in advertising.
