Chief Information Officer
As Chief Information Officer (CIO), Heidi Larson leads the development team by driving innovation and development for our three workers’ compensation and auto no-fault product areas: Pharmacy, Ancillary and Managed Care/Settlement. In this role, Heidi drives technology strategy and governance processes and ensures that the office of the CIO delivers cost-effective, high-quality, and scalable technology services to serve the needs of our workers’ compensation and auto no-fault customers.
Heidi has more than 20 years of experience in health care, financial services, legal services, and education. She has led teams in technology, product development, and operations and is passionate about using technology to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Prior to her CIO role, Heidi was a technology leader in the Optum Consumer Solutions Group, where she served as a key liaison between the technology organization and the Optum Financial Services business unit.
Heidi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Wisconsin and a Juris Doctor from Hamline University School of Law in Saint Paul, MN.
