Donna Wills, SPHR, PHR

Donna Wills has been the People Business Partner for Optum Workers' Compensation and Auto No-Fault for 13 years. In this role, Donna provides strategic consulting on people programs, organizational development, talent management, and people solutions.

Donna has more than 21 years of human resources experience as an HR Generalist and Specialist in the areas of organizational design and development, talent management, talent acquisition, employee relations, training, and compensation. Her leadership responsibilities include creating business initiatives to ensure that people strategies are aligned with both corporate and division-wide business strategies. She also empowers employee growth and relationship building with a focus on customer service and collaboration to foster and achieve business results.

Donna holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from John Carroll University in University Heights, OH and a Master of Science in Labor and Human Resources from The Ohio State University. She is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) through the Society for Human Resource Management and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the Human Resources Certification Institute.
