CMS MSPRP “Go Paperless” webinar information

On Wednesday, April 13, 2022, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) will host an overview of the new “Go Paperless” feature available in the Medicare Secondary Payer Recovery Portal (MSPRP). The “Go Paperless” feature will allow registered users to easily access all recovery correspondence including demand letters, using the MSPRP. This new feature combined with the ability to submit correspondence through the MSPRP and the multiple electronic payment options will allow your organization to reduce the amount of physical paper being used and eliminate concerns of delays that can arise when information is sent through the mail.
