The Optum Procura Network is a non-risk PPO network of workers’ compensation providers dedicated to providing clinically appropriate care for injured workers. As a quality network provider, while you support injured workers, we support you.
As a contracted provider with the Optum Procura Network, you can
- Support employers and injured workers in your community
- Establish long-term relationships with patients who may choose to use you for other care services beyond their workers’ compensation injury
For contracted providers in our network, Optum will
- Work closely with our clients’ assigned parties: insurance adjusters, employers, and nurse case managers, to refer injured workers to your practice
- Include your practice in the provider look-up resources used by our clients and their assigned parties, along with injured workers
- Recommend your practice locations to our clients on provider panel cards (we produce over 10,000 cards each year)
- Provide exceptional customer service to your staff and stakeholders
