VP, Strategic Product Management
Alan Phillips was named VP, Strategic Product Management in November 2023. In this role, Alan leads various product development and project management teams in our Go-to-Market division. He collaborates with cross-functional leaders to assist with sales strategies, drive organization innovation, and develop programs, products, and services that resonate with the market.
Alan brings more than 17 years in product development, implementation, and project management experience in the workers’ compensation and auto no-fault industries, as well as deep knowledge of pharmacy and ancillary systems, portals, and tools. Throughout his career, Alan has driven the creation of key products and services after consultation with client leaders, and leveraged project management, market and financial knowledge, and planning discipline to influence innovation and forward-thinking strategy of the organization. He is a critical strategist and has been instrumental in unifying and establishing consistent processes across multiple lines of business.
Alan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of South Florida.
