Dionne Lacey-Artis was named Chief Business Officer in July 2023. In this role, Dionne is responsible for the oversight of account management, sales, client experience, product management, and business development (sales enablement, marketing, communications, and sales operations) functions. She promotes and guides careful and innovative business strategies, as well as plans and procedures for leading, monitoring, and improving service delivery.
Dionne brings more than 34 years of experience leading and managing diverse teams and more than 20 years’ experience in the workers’ compensation and group health industries. She has generated muti-million-dollar profits for many organizations and improved workflows, operating strategies, and working environments for her team members. Her success stems from her ability to ever-improve her skillsets and knowledge, develop strategic alliances (both professional and personal), and never lose focus on the needs of the customer. Dionne’s commitment to building client relationships and connecting clients with the best business solutions is mirrored by her drive to create productive and enthusiastic internal teams that share her commitment to client partnership. Her background includes senior level sales and management positions, solution development, and extensive claims experience.
