As Chief Operating Officer, Dean Myers oversees Operations, Quality Assurance, Training, Enterprise Practice Management, Product Process Improvement, and Client Services Support teams to ensure that Optum products, services, and processes meet the needs of workers' compensation and auto no-fault clients.

Dean has 30+ years in the healthcare industry in various client facing and technology roles and continues to play a key resource role in some of Optum large and complex accounts. He has been with Optum since 2005 and has held key management roles within the Project Management, IT Infrastructure, and Strategic Client Implementation areas.

Prior to joining Optum, Dean served in various project and leadership roles for United HealthCare, a division of UnitedHealth Group, supporting various business lines, as well as the Human Resource Information Systems team.
