As Vice President of Customer Experience and Implementations, Dean Myers is responsible for effectively and efficiently implementing new clients onto the Optum platform. Dean oversees the technical and functional responsibilities associated with strategic client implementations and works tirelessly to ensure that the quality of our products, services, and processes meet our workers' compensation and auto no-fault clients' needs.

Dean has been with Optum for 11 years and has held key management roles within the Project Management, IT Infrastructure, and Strategic Client Implementation areas.

Prior to joining Optum, Dean served in various project and leadership roles for United HealthCare, a division of UnitedHealth Group, supporting various business lines, as well as the Human Resource Information Systems team.
