• Work closely with adjusters and nurse case managers (NCM) to refer injured persons to contracted providers
• List your practice in our provider look-up tool used by adjusters, NCM and field-based case managers
• Recommend provider locations to clients on panel cards (We produce over 10,000  cards each year)
• Deliver accurate and timely reimbursement
• Provide exceptional customer service
