Our Managing Your Pain program includes the following touchpoints:

Medication safety insert mailed with their pharmacy card
Opioid letter mailed to the claimant upon a second opioid fill
After 90 days on an opioid, they receive the Managing Your Pain brochure
Access to our Managing Your Pain page filled with additional information and resources
