As you may recall, Optum acquired Equian in July of 2019, and we are happy to announce that the integration to Optum Workers’ Compensation and Auto No-fault has begun. You will continue to receive the same high level of customer service and support you have always received, and now you will also benefit from an expanded suite of services and solutions.

Optum’s last day for providing insurance services to HELFO’s eligible students, posted workers and pensioners is September 11, 2022.  If you require assistance for a service provided prior to September 12, 2022, Optum will continue assisting HELFO’s members through December 31, 2022.
